Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of service

Legadmado is a platform for exclusively educational and informational content about personal finance. It does NOT constitute, under any circumstances: (a) a financial entity regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA); (b) a Settlement and Clearing Agent, Trading Agent, or any other figure regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV); (c) a personalized financial, tax, accounting, or legal advisory service. All published content is general and educational in nature and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to invest, buy, sell, or hold any financial asset.

2. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the Platform solely for personal informational and educational purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

• •Reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating content without prior written authorization.
• •Using content for commercial, advertising, or third-party advisory purposes.
• •Attempting to access restricted areas of the site or interfering with its technical operation.
• •Providing false data or data of third parties through contact forms.

3. Intellectual property

All website content — including, without limitation, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, navigation structure, and source code — is the property of Legadmado S.R.L. or is used under legitimate license. They are protected by Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties.

4. Limitation of liability

Legadmado does not guarantee that the published information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times. The user acknowledges and accepts that: (a) the Platform does not replace professional financial, tax, or legal advice; (b) any financial decision based on Platform content is the user's sole responsibility; (c) past returns mentioned in educational materials do not guarantee future results; (d) Legadmado shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

5. Third-party links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Legadmado does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Access to external links is at the user's sole responsibility.

6. Service availability

Legadmado strives to maintain the Platform available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform without prior notice and without any liability.

7. Modifications to T&C

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the updated T&C.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
